I confirm that I am voluntarily participating, understand the risks involved, and accept full responsibility for my participation. I agree to stop participating if I experience concerning symptoms.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I agree to release and hold harmless Booze Brothers Brewing Co., Party Burgers, and their respective owners, employees, and representatives from claims arising from my voluntary participation, except where prohibited by law.
